By using this storefront and placing an order you agree to these terms. Simbag is the Health & Lifestyle Community Store of SEDP MPC (Socio Economic Development Program Multipurpose Cooperative). It sells food and lifestyle products made by the cooperative's member micro-entrepreneurs in the Bicol Region, delivered by courier nationwide.
All prices are in Philippine pesos and include no hidden charges; the shipping fee shown at checkout is the full delivery charge. Orders may be paid online (GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard via Xendit) or by Cash on Delivery where available. Cash-on-Delivery orders require one-time mobile verification.
Your shipping fee is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders are delivered by courier nationwide, and you will receive a tracking number by SMS once your order is dispatched. You can follow your order any time on the Track Order page.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order reference and photos of the item received. Verified claims are resolved with a replacement or a full refund of the item price, at your option. Opened consumable products cannot otherwise be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Philippine Consumer Act.
Products sold here are food and lifestyle items produced in small batches by local makers. They are not medicines: nothing sold on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Check each product's pack for its ingredients and allergen information, and consult a health professional if you have a known allergy or a specific dietary condition.
